Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Aberdeen, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Contract provides for the construction of pedestrian sidewalks, curb ramps, bulb outs, high visibility crosswalks, storm drainage improvements, and reduction in lane width on E Cushing St between S Tilden St and S West Blvd (US101) and on S Farragut St between E Cushing St and Stevens Elementary School. The work shall include, but is not specifically limited to, constructing curb & gutter, sidewalk, placement of drainage pipe and catch basins, pavement demolition, pavement replacement, adjustment of utility lids, pavement marking, traffic control and other items of work. Estimated Value: $450k - $550k *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Aberdeen in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
