Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Aberdeen, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by cash, bond, or a. certified check, payable to the order of the Treasurer of the Port of Grays Harbor for the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of said bid or proposal and none will be considered unless accompanied by such deposit., to be forfeited to the Port. of Grays Harbor in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a Contract, with the Port for the making and construction of the aforesaid improvement. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the specifications, sealed, and filed with the Port's Contract and Project. Manager on or before the day, hour, and minute mentioned above, Attention is called to the fact, that not less than th.e minimum Price Range: $350,000 - $400,000 All Technical Ques-tions Regarding This Project Are to Be Submitted No Later Than 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 18, 2021. In Writing. No Verbal Clar-ifications Will Be Made, Where Necessary, Addendums Will Be Completed by Email Only and Each Must Be Acknowledged in the Bid Submittal.
