This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the City) to prospective Respondents to qualify for future eligibility to provide Heritage Construction Services as further described in Appendix D Section 2 - The Deliverables (the Deliverables). This scope of work, skills and responsibilities required are varied, and include: 1 .Indoor restoration work and/or repairs shall include, but not be limited to, plastering, floor tiles, floor repair/ refinishing, ceramic/quarry tile, ceiling tiles, masonry, painting, carpentry work, door/frame and hardware, miscellaneous metal work, glazing, mechanical plumbing, mechanical HVAC, and electrical work. 2 .Exterior work or repairs shall include, but not be limited to, historic masonry repair, cleaning, re-pointing, stone replacement and repairs, landscaping, heritage door, fence and window restoration and /or repair, installing/ repairing eaves, minor roof (cedar, slate) and sheet metal work. 3. The Supplier must provide all labour, material, tools, equipment, safety barricades, storage enclosures as required, trash bins, protective covers, supervision and all other necessary items for projects, in accordance with the prescribed Scope of Work for each Project, Work Assignment and Work Assignment Agreement. 4.
