Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Dakota City, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Handicap Accessible Vestibule for Dakota County Courthouse. The scope of work for this project will be, Demolition of existing vestibule. Concrete removal, new concrete pour approximately 12 feet wide and 30 feet long 4 inches thick. The vestibule itself to be approximately 8 feet long and 7 feet wide with 2, four feet by 8 feet long horizontal glass of east and west sides with wood siding bottom, color to match building. Two handicap swing out doors with sidelights and push button entry and exit on both doors. All work must meet ADA compliance regulations. Dakota County reserves the right to reject any, and all bids, and to waive any, and all technicalities and irregularities.
