This Request for Supplier Qualifications (the RFSQ) is an invitation by City of Kingston (the City) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide design and construction services for the improvement of an existing passive reactive barrier (PRB) groundwater treatment system located in Kingston, Ontario, as further described in Part 2 of the RFSQ Particulars (the Deliverables). The City intends to use this pre-qualification (RFSQ) to identify qualified and experienced firms who will be invited, as a second stage process to review technical information and provide cost and schedule bids to complete the design and construction required. Construction and commissioning of the desired improvements is expected to occur in the summer of 2024. Documents can be obtained at ONLINE Question Deadline: 12/13/2023 04:00:00 PM ET TIMELINE: RFQ D/B has closed; five (5) firms have prequalified. As of April 25, 2024, the Stage II invitational RFP to the prequalified firms has yet to be issued. The schedule for issuance of the RFP has yet to be finalized by the city of Kingston.
