Reference Number 0000336586 - City anticipates planting of approximately 20 street trees each year over a two-year contract period (2024 and 2025). - Bidders are expected to hold their unit pricing for the 2024 and 2025 tree planting order from the City of Dexter. - Bid price shall include supply of trees, installation, soil treatments and/or amendment, as specified herein. - Contractor shall provide a one-year warranty on all trees. - The City of Dexter will coordinate with the selected vendor on order dates for spring and fall plantings. Purchase Type Term: 01/01/2024 12:00 AM EST - 12/31/2025 12:00 AM EST Any inquiries or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing, via fax or email no later than noon on December 20, 2023 to: Grace Whitney, Associate Planner, City of Dexter, gwhitney@dextermi.gov, 734-426-5614 (fax). *The City of Dexter reserves the right to accept, reject and/or modify any and all bids, and/or to waive any irregularities. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid once it has been opened for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory proof of insurance in accordance with the specifications herein.
