A more detailed scope is expected to be released on a future date. As of September 26, 2024, this project was seen before the City of Dexter Planning Commission in July 2024 for final site plan approval. It has not received approval yet. A ballot for funding is expected to take place in November of 2024. An architect and construction manager have been selected for the project. A firm construction timeline has not been released.
