Reference Number 0000354244 Prospective vendors are invited to submit proposals with associated costs to replace two (2) existing 2002 Lennox gas furnace units located in the crawl space of City Hall and two (2) formerly existing air conditioning condenser units of an unknown age (which were associated with the furnace units), and connected thermostat control units. Units shall be: Appropriately sized with sufficient heating and cooling output for designated service area; High efficiency mechanical systems; Furnaces shall be natural gas fired (not propane); Compatible with other building systems located at 3515 Broad St.; and Similar to other newer systems located at 3515 Broad St. for ease of long-term maintenance Proposed work shall include all necessary parts, materials, and labor for work from demolition of existing through test and start on new systems, including, but not limited to: Application and receipt of all necessary permits through Washtenaw County Building Department. Demolition and disposal of existing systems.
