SCOPE OF WORK: The contract work includes all labor, materials and equipment to complete tree/ drifting log removals; including but not limited to cutting and placement of removed material. LOCATION OF PROJECT: The project area for trimming and/or removal of fallen trees / drifting logs include waterways is the Huron River, located within Hamburg Township (HTWP) (see Maps in Appendix A). All locations shall be accessible using nearby public boat ramps or designated boat launching areas as selected by Hamburg Township Contract will be for a three (3) year period beginning on August 21, 2024. Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities of bids, or to reject any or all bids.
