The City of Dexter is seeking to contract with a service provider for on-going preventative maintenance of the HVAC systems for three of its facilities Work will be performed at the following facilities: 1) Dexter City Hall, 3515 Broad St., Dexter, MI 48130 2) Dexter Department of Public Works, 3600 Central St., Dexter, MI 48130 3) Dexter Department of Public Works, 3600 Central St., Dexter, MI 48130 4) Public Safety Facility, 8140 Main St., Dexter, MI 48130 (post-construction) Work is anticipated to be awarded on October 14, 2024. The work shall be complete within 8 weeks following bid award. Technical questions on the HVAC and mechanical systems may be directed to Tim Stewart, Public Services Superintendent. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, proposals, or limited solicitation responses, wholly or in part, and to make awards in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City. Bids, proposals, and limited solicitation responses will be firm for 30 days, unless stated otherwise in the text of the invitation for bid, request for proposal, or limited solicitation.
