Reference Number 0000345910 Residential Foundation Restoration and Related Services The Washtenaw Homeowner Rehabilitation Program is a federally funded, low-moderate income residential energy conservation program providing home improvement services to income qualified Washtenaw homeowners. These services focus on critical home improvement repairs that help to ensure residents can remain in their homes. The following work could typically be completed on a Rehabilitation Job: Foundation Restoration Services A Washtenaw Rehabilitation Specialist will conduct an informal inspection on each household served and develop the work scope for the job. The work is contracted out to Contractors competitively selected to be on the Washtenaw Rehabilitation Program Roster through this RFP process. Thereafter, work is awarded through the award procedures described herein to Contractors on the Roster. Contractors complete the work according to specifications provided.
