General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company on the form provided, payable to the City of St. Clair, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. *The City of St. Clair will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder; however, it reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
