As of March 4, 2024, bids were rejected. Project is no longer needed. This contract is for the removal and replacement of an existing commercial dishwasher at the Atlantic County Central Kitchen. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and all incidental items necessary to complete project. The Contractor shall provide ALL accessories necessary to complete the installation of equipment, including but not limited to any additional duct work, ventilation, plumbing work, and electrical work. An Operation and Maintenance Manual of the equipment is to be provided to the Owner. Staff training for select kitchen employees is required for the operation and maintenance of the new equipment. SHORE ROAD (REAR), NORTHFIELD, NEW JERSEY 08225 The project consists of Installation of a new proposed Gas Commercial Dishwasher to replace the existing gas commercial dishwasher at the Atlantic County Central Kitchen/Warehouse Building, (located at 201 South Shore Road (Rear), Northfield, New Jersey 08225, and as indicated on the Project Architect's Bid Drawings and Specifications. The project consists of the installation of specified new Kitchen Equipment at the Atlantic County Central Kitchen/Warehouse Building, located at 201 South Shore Road, (rear), Northfield, New Jersey 08225. The Base Bid work is scheduled, as indicated on the Project Architect's drawings. The Base Bid Work includes installation of a new Gas Commercial Dishwasher and other features as indicated on the Project Architect's Bid Drawings and Specifications.
