Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Northfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This total project consists of the roadway milling and repaving of 5,131 +/- LF of Wabash Ave. It also includes installing concrete curbs, aprons and ADA compliant ramps, adding/replacing traffic signs and installing traffic markings. The project also includes some other miscellaneous items as required to complete the project. Bid security in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount not to exceed $20,000 is required and should be made payable to The City of Northfield with a letter of surety. Successful Bidder must furnish a one hundred (100%) percent Performance Bond and one hundred (100%) percent Payment Bond issued by a surety satisfactory to the Municipality.
