Justice Center Garage Doors Replacement The City of O'Fallon, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for a garage door replacement project. The City of O'Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities. The City of O'Fallon also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion PROJECT DESCRIPTION: o Removal of two (2) 10'x 10' Cornwell basement garage doors and operators. Doors and operators to be stored on-site and remain the property of the City. o Provide and install two (2) 10' x 10' High Cycle Commercial garage doors with a minimum rating of 500,000 cycles. Wayne Dalton 800C HC is preferred. o Relocate and/or provide all necessary electric to operate the garage doors including but not limited to high voltage, low voltage, control wire, fire alarm pull stations, and plumbing. Construction material and components should meet or exceed the following: o Thermal Efficiency: o R-Value 7.71 o U-Value .13 o STC Rating 22 o Construction: o Mounting Curtain: Interior/exterior face-of-wall. o Curtain: 800HC 3" insulated flat slats (#34 profile), 22-gauge. galvanized steel front/24- gauge galvanized steel backer. o Curtain finish: White o Bottom Bar: Two primed angles with weatherstrip; factory black hree angle guide assembly; factory painted black. o Coil Assembly: Direct drive, springless barrel assembly with integrated shafts, supported by self-aligning greaseable sealed bearings. Counterbalance device not required. o Hood: 24-gauge steel primed and painted white. o Motor: 460VAC 3-phase direct drive integrated motor/gearbox/brake assembly with hand chain for power outage. Horsepower appropriate to door size/weight. o Control Panel: Electronic controller with micro-processor self-diagnostics. Digital readout, time delay self-close timer and non-resettable cycle counter. Enclosure is IP54 rated (NEMA 3 equivalent) o Safety Devices: Built-in brake mechanism, photoelectric sensors with commercial grade guards, motor cover. o Actuator: Single open/close/stop push button station incorporated into control panel. Manufacturer 500,000 cycle count. o Warranty Terms: Three (3) year parts and labor or 500,000 cycles Deadline for submission of questions: December 08, 2023 at 12:00 P.M
