Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fraser, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000336133 This request for proposal is for the engineering and design of required infrastructure with the Clayton Ct. corridor. Egineering and design deliverable should incluse specifications for issuance of a construction RFP. Items required within this design are listed below. 1. 620 LF of new C900 PVC watermain in Clayton Ct. to connect watermain in N Doc Susie with the exisiting 6"watermain in Clayton Ct. to include service line connection for future Art Center at the intersection of Fraser Ave. and Clayton Ct. 2. 660 LF of new asphalt from exisiting to intersection of N Doc Susie and Fraser Ave. 3. Valley gutters at all intersections. 4. 10' heated sidewalks with curb and gutter. (Preference for renewable options, i.e. geothermal, solar) 5. Appropriate number of darksky compliant streetlights within the Clayton Ct. corridor. 6. Two (2) electric vehicle (EV) charginf stations within the corridor. (Level 2 at a minimum, preferably Level 3) 7. Hardscaping for a community gathering space within the Clayton Ct. corridor.
