Reference Number 0000365515 Job Location: Fraser, CO The work generally consists of construction of approximately 1880 lineal feet of new 5" wide concrete sidewalk. Sidewalk shall be 4" typical and 6" at driveways. Includes excavation, spoils haul off, grading, 3" base course, compaction, and placement of concrete. Concrete sidewalks will slope toward the existing, to remain, roadside concrete v-pans. Includes asphalt patching at driveways, minor stormwater basin modifications, traffic control, and site restoration. Supplemental work at three additional locations includes curb & gutter replacement and new sidewalk. The Town is pursuing a Colorado Safe Routes to School Grant. Therefore, any construction would not begin until the award is annoucened and finalized in early 2025 if the Town's applilcation is successful.
