The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Rochester Psychiatric Center (RPC) located at 1111 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 are seeking to procure a Contractor to undertake restoration/moderization of a facility-owned bowling alley in Bldg 16 on the RPC campus. Rochester Psychiatric Center, located at 1111 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14520, is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and expertise to undertake the full restoration/modernization of the facility's bowling alley in Building 16 in order to re-establish it as recreational resource for the benefit of facility patients.
