Renovation of a museum in Sitka, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
This state funded project includes replacement of the HVAC and humidity control systems to improve the level of service by providing a more stable and controlled environment as well as additional zone control of the separate spaces at the Sheldon Jackson Museum in Sitka, Alaska. The contract includes two (2) additive alternates for installation of a new dehumidification in the office space, and for cleaning of the existing supply air ducting and return air plenum. The Engineers Estimate is Between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 A bidder requesting assistance in viewing the project site must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
