Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sitka, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
General Contractor to demo existing concrete sidewalk in attached highlighted areas, supply, and install approximately 20 yards of new fiber reinforced minimum 3000PSI with a 4"-5" slump sidewalk finished concrete ramp. Note: There is two stairs in a section near the building to be included in this bid. Once the old concrete is removed, we anticipate minimal fill will be brought back in and compacted prior to concrete installation. We will accept #4 concrete rebar for this project. This project is located at Swan Lake Terrace 404 Lake Street Sitka, AK 99835. Installed concrete will not require 3rd party testing. Concrete walkways are on attachment titled: Swan Lake concrete yardage estimate. This project is to match existing layout of concrete walkways. Existing hand rail is to remain in place. See attached pictures.
