The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is seeking qualified consultants Firms(s) to perform a Land Suitability and Feasibility Study to analyze and report opportunities for housing development on municipal lands in Sitka, Alaska. Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor No Consultant Firm shall be capable and qualified to provide, at a minimum, the following services: Scoping Consultant will work with CBS to establish selection criteria for municipal lands to be included in the study and analyze the inventory of municipal lands against the proposed criteria. Consultant and CBS will establish necessary data collection, and development scenarios (i.e. extent and density of development). Consultant and CBS will work together to identify any other necessary additions to the Study scope. Consultant will prepare a presentation summarizing the scoping effort. CBS will seek review and approval of the defined scope from the CBS Planning Commission. The City and Borough of Sitka reserves the right to modify this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) at any time. The City and Borough further reserves the right to evaluate the SOQs in any manner the City and Borough deems appropriate. The City and Borough of Sitka reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all SOQs, to waive irregularities or informalities in the SOQs, and to negotiate a contract with the respondent that best meets the selection criteria.
