Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Sitka, Alaska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Replace roof on a hangar building and all incidental work (includes replacement of all flashings, copings, curbs and bracing for roof mounted equipment; replacement of roof drains; temporary relocation of comms equipment; interior repairs to water damage). Remove all abandoned equipment and built-up roofing. Parapet mounted antennas shall be removed prior to replacing flashing but no more than half of the antennas may be removed at a time. Antenna assemblies to be warranted for 30 years to withstand 120mph winds. USCG will require this warranty in writing from the Contractor and Manufacturer. Question Deadline 08/15/2024
