Description of Work: This project is for Sitka Seawalk Stage II, which will continue the Sea Walk from the Sitka Public Library to the O'Connell Lightering Facility. This project would improve pedestrian and ADA accessibility to the existing facilities. The Engineers Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000 All work shall be substantially completed by December 01, 2026. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid.
