This project consists of constructing an expansion cell for the biosolids landfill at Granite Creek Landfill. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid price must accompany each bid that exceeds $100,000. The Bid Bond may be in the form of a certified check made payable to the City and Borough of Sitka or a Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in Alaska. It is the responsibility of the bidder to regularly check the website for addenda to the project for which they are bidding. The City and Borough of Sitka reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
