Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

As of 1/31/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City of Red Bank, Tennessee is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP's) for the following professional service: licensed and insured contracting companies to replace the chain link fence around the Pickleball and Tennis Courts. The courts are located at 3817 Redding Road. Scope of Work includes the following: The contractor is required to pull a mechanical permit from the City of Red Bank, but the city will waive the fees associated with the permit. Provide two 16 SEER 7.5-ton heat pump split systems. Electrical disconnects. On-Board Diagnostic and Fault Code Display. 1-Year limited warranty on all other parts. 5-Year limited warranty on compressor. Electric heat kits. Removal and disposal of old equipment must be included. Set and install split systems in existing locations. To reuse existing ductwork. Adapt existing ductwork to the new unit making any necessary modifications. Install new line net and insulation. Install new communication cable from condenser to air handler. Install new digital wi-fi capable thermostats. Run a new drain line following the existing path. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Facilities Manager, Justin Headrick. Contact with elected officials is grounds for disqualification.
