The City of Red Bank, Tennessee is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP's) for the following professional service: licensed and insured contracting companies to replace the chain link fence around the Pickleball and Tennis Courts. The courts are located at 3817 Redding Road. Scope of Work includes the following: The contractor is required to pull a building permit from the City of Red Bank, but the city will waive the fees associated with the permit. Remove all 1040ft. of the existing chain link fence, post, and gates. Most of the posts will require the court surface to be saw-cut to be removed since the playing surface is poured around the post. The contractor is to dispose of all material. All new fencing material must be of commercial grade. Install approximately 1,040 ft. of new fencing 10ft tall. Install approximately 1,040 ft. of top rail. Install approximately 108 fence posts in concrete. Where the post meets the court surface the concrete must have a smooth, brushed finish. Install 4 - 48 inch walk-through gates. Install 4 - 6ft. wide gates for 2 - 12ft. drive-through openings. Install a tension wire along the bottom of the chain link.
