As of January 29, 2024 this project was awarded to Pipeworks Plus, Inc., the awarded amount is $1,355,879.75. The project entails the subsurface rehabilitation of 75 manholes utilizing epoxy lining, the replacement of 8 manhole frame and covers, the rehabilitation of approximately1700 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe utilizing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), the replacement of approximately 120 feet of sanitary sewer pipe, various work including cap replacement for 251 clean outs ,and the cleaning of approximately 105,000linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe. No bids will be received or accepted after the above specified time and will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the bidder. The bidding Contractor must be licensed in appropriate classification before such bid will be considered and shall comply with applicable codes, laws and regulations. The successful bidder will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, each bond. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity or reject any or all bids. Hamilton County Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)procedures will be part of bid evaluation.
