Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Red Bank, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a 22,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
As of 1/31/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City of Red Bank, Tennessee is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP's) for the following professional service: licensed and insured contracting companies to resurface 3 Tennis Courts, approximately 22,000 sq ft play surface. The courts are located at 3817 Redding Road. Scope of Work includes the following: Pressure wash all 3 Tennis Courts Fill all cracks with acrylic patch binder. Patch all bird baths deeper than a nickel. Remove 6 existing poured-in-place posts. Apply one coat of acrylic resurfacer. Apply two coats of acrylic finish color (two colors, one inside court lines and one outside Paint all game lines. Install 3 new sets of net posts with sleeves and nets. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Facilities Manager, Justin Headrick. Contact with elected officials is grounds for disqualification.
