Reference Number 0000336212 Job Location : Aurora, CO Bid Intent Deadline 02/15/2024 05:00 PM MT Question Acceptance Deadline 02/07/2024 11:59 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) must be by email and should be directed to: Aaron Flemming, Deputy Construction Manager at AECOM, aaron.flemming@aecom.com The Aerotropolis Area Coordinating Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the Owner or AACMD) in care of the Aerotropolis Regional Transportation Authority (ARTA) seeks to engage qualified contractors for the construction of the I70/Aerotropolis Parkway Interchange. The selected contractor will be required to comply with all City, County, State, and Federal requirement, and must obtain current and active required certifications and licenses to perform the work. Given the nature of the Work to be performed, bids will only be deemed responsive if submitted by contractors who are already pre-qualified by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for the performance of CDOT projects. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all submittals; to review and consider proposal alternates (if any); to waive ANY informalities or irregularities; to further negotiate with one or more Proposers; and to reject any conditional, nonconforming, nonresponsive, or unqualified submittals Questions due at 11:59pm MT February 7, 2024.
