Site work for a municipal facility in Summerfield, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Summerfield requests proposals from qualified companies for the fabrication, construction, and permitting of a "Welcome to Summerfield" sign in accordance with the specifications outlined in this RFP. This is the same project that was proposed in 2022. The project did not move forward then due to cost and is currently budgeted at $75,000. The sign will be approximately 17' X 5' X 13' with a one-side face, significant base, and LED illumination. The town anticipates awarding a single contract for turn-key services.
