Office and Parking Structure - Rebid BP 5 Doors, Frames, Hardware Work Included: A. The General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Division 1 are hereby made a part of each of the technical sections that follow and shall be understood to apply and shall apply in full to all individuals or corporations who contract or subcontract to perform any part or all the project work. Indications on the Drawings or in any section of the Specifications of an article or material, operation, or method, requires that the Contractor shall provide each item or service, or quality, or is subject to qualifications noted and the Contractor shall perform each operation prescribed according to the conditions stated providing, therefore, all necessary labor, equipment, and incidentals to complete the project work.
