Contract Duration a. 35 working days. b. Must adjust manhole lid and frame within 15 calendar days of paving. i. $50 / day / manhole Requests for information / clarification must be submitted in writing and are due no later than Friday, December 1, 2023 at 5:00 pm. Brief Overview of the Work a. Replacement of 57 manhole frames and lids in State ROW. i. 51 of 24 standard, 3 of 32 standard, 3 of 24 with concrete collar. ii. Lids to be provided by OVSD. Pick up, drop off at OVSDs WWTP. iii. Coordination with OVSD operators. The Engineers Estimate for this Work is $170,000. The Bidders Security shall be in an amount that is at least ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bidders Bid.
