Brief Overview of the Work a. Replacement of 57 manhole frames and lids in State ROW. i. 51 of 24 standard, 3 of 32 standard, 3 of 24 with concrete collar. ii. Lids to be provided by OVSD. Pick up, drop off at OVSDs WWTP. iii. Coordination with OVSD operators. The Engineers Estimate for this Work is $170,000. The Bidders Security shall be in an amount that is at least ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bidders Bid.
