Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Searcy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of construction of approximately 7000 linear feet of concrete sidewalks and associated ADA ramps, minor earthwork, and minor drainage construction. The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. Also, work added or remaining shall be at the same unit price as submitted in the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for the best interest of the City Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder s financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance on similar projects. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
