The Project consists of construction of a new dog park, basketball courts, and associated concrete walks, asphalt parking, minor earthwork, landscaping, and minor drainage construction. The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for the best interest of the City. Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder s financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance on similar projects.
