Site work and paving for a civil project in White Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Township of McNab/Braeside is rehabilitating/reconstructing approximately 3.7 km of Kippen Road from Stewartville Road to White Lake Road (CR2). The work will include in-place processing of the existing surface, areas of full-depth excavation and reconstruction, vertical alignment correction, lane and shoulder widening, supply/placement of granular material and asphalt pavement, and line painting. Work will also consist of drainage improvements together with ditching and replacement of road crossing and entrance culverts, with disturbed areas to be treated with topsoil and seed. Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally free of charge from the Township of McNab/Braeside, by emailing their representative as noted below. Email for tender document registration: rfrew@mcnabbraeside.com with the subject line "Tender Request - Kippen Road" The Contractor's deadline for written tender enquiries is 3:00 pm local time on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. All responses shall be circulated to all bidders by Wednesday, April 30, 2025. The lowest of any tender may not necessarily be accepted by the Township of McNab/Braeside.
