Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wilsonville, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
City of Wilsonville, Oregon, invites proposals from qualified individuals, consulting firms, or teams of consulting firms to prepare the design for a new parking lot in Memorial Park. The consultant will prepare a conceptual plan for two phases of development that include the proposed parking lot (Phase 1) and a future parking area associated with the Forest Shelter (Phase 2). Only Phase 1 will be fully designed, permitted, and constructed as part of this project. The 2015 Memorial Park Master Plan identified the need for additional parking in Memorial Park. The proposed parking lot will provide access to recreational areas in the park and connections to the park's trail system. Located adjacent to the former dog run, the parking lot will include 97 parking spaces and a restroom. The Memorial Park - Eastside Parking Lot As of April 22, 2024, per owner a design team has been identified and construction has not yet started.
