Rehabilitation will include the installation of full-length and sectional cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners, sewer flow control, and immediate reinstatement of any connected laterals. Question Deadline 06/13/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All work associated with this contract shall include, but not be limited to, mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, inspection and testing, discharge treatment, permitting, fencing, and other items or details that are required by the Contract Specifications and Plan and Standard Specifications to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed. The successful bidder will have one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days to complete the Project from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is $675,000 Each bid shall be presented under sealed cover and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond, made payable to the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
