The Toronto Parking Authority requests Proposals from professional, qualified, experienced companies for the provision of Monthly Fire & Life Safety Systems (FLS) Inspections. The Service Agreement is to cover 31 sites / carparks, located throughout the City of Toronto. The Toronto Parking Authority requests Proposals from professional, qualified, experienced companies for the provision of Monthly Fire & Life Safety Systems (FLS) Inspections. The Service Agreement is to cover 31 sites / carparks, located throughout the City of Toronto. The service program must comply with all applicable Fire & Life Safety Codes. The program is meant to verify the operation of the equipment and identify any potential problems. Service of the units shall be done during regular hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). 24 Hour Emergency Services to be done on a priority basis. The Services may also extend to Repairs and/or replacement Services if/when required, quoted by the Contractor and approved by the TPA. The initial Service term will be for 2 years. Upon mutual agreement the contract may be extended for 2 or more additional one (1) year terms.
