Demolition and site work for a residential development in Morrisdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
**As of January 04, 2024, project was awarded to Earthmoves Unlimited Inc but awarded amount is not available.** This contract (MOR-4926-MAH) will consist of the Demolition, Site Clearance and Ground Restoration of a vacant blighted house and trailer both residential structures located at: 4926 Morrisdale Allport Hwy., Morrisdale, PA Requesting Quotes for Demolition of Blight The Redevelopment Authority of Clearfield County (Authority) is expecting the proposed cost to be less than $25,000 for all work as outlined herein. The successful proposer must furnish 100% Performance and Labor and Materialmen's Bonds before the awarding of the Contract, as well as submit applicable certificates of insurance covering general liability, workers compensation, etc. Therefore, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will not apply. Your attention is called to the following conditions of this project. Any questions regarding this contract shall be directed to Lisa Kovalick, Executive Director for the Redevelopment Authority of Clearfield County at (814) 765-5149. This project consists of the demolition and site clearance of blighted vacant residential structures of a foundation / wood frame house and house trailer located at 4926 MORRISDALE ALLPORT HWY, MORRISDALE, PA (see attached map). Work will also include placement and compaction of clean fill, topsoil, grading and seeding. B. Owner will have utilities disconnected; public sewer and water services will need be capped in accordance with the Morris Township Municipal Authority rules and regulations. Contractor is responsible to have utility caps inspected by the Morris Township Municipal Authority C. The Contract work to be performed under these specifications consists of, but not limited to, the furnishing of all required labor, materials and equipment, needed for the demolition of the structure and removal of all materials and debris from the entire lot. All sewers and public water services are to be capped. D. Contractor to grade in and around the disturbed areas to meet the natural contour of adjacent areas and provide positive drainage away from the site. E. Topsoiling, fine grading, seeding and mulching of the disturbed areas shall then take place in accordance with these Technical Specifications. F. Final acceptance of entire demolition and restoration work performed shall be to the absolute satisfaction of the Redevelopment Authority of Clearfield County. G. The Authority shall be notified at least two (2) days prior to the start of demolition activities.
