Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Midland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of May 13,2024 The project was awarded to Pumford Construction for $484,906.43 The project is located in Emerson Park, 3311 W. Main St., Midland, Michigan and shall include but not be limited to concrete pathways and plazas, stone retaining wall, railing, renovation of the existing bridge, and site furnishings. Changes in the rebid include an extended time for completion to December 1, 2024. Site seeding and planting will be completed by the City. Project site is open for site visits seven days a week during normal park hours. Funding is provided by the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund and the City of Midland. Davis Bacon Wage Rates DO NOT apply. A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interest of the City of Midland.
