Renovation of a parking garage in Spirit Lake, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/24/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; Two 14'x12' overhead doors (doors #9 & #10- rough measurement) and one commercial trolley operator w/ two remotes (door #9) as per specifications as outlined in RFB FY2024 #197 Specifications document (Attachments tab). The location for this project is the Spirit Lake, IA DOT Maintenance Garage located at 3001 18th Street, Spirit Lake, IA 51360. Contractor to remove and replace Door #9 & #10 and remove and replace trolley operator on door #9 and replace with new unit w/ two remotes as per specifications. Contractor is required to provide all materials, equipment and labor for the removal and replacement of material as per plans/specifications outlined on the Line Item tab. This includes the disposal of all debris off site. Estimated start date -Upon issuance of award Estimated project end date- 06/01/2024 Contractors to propose a suggested revised completion date taking into consideration winter weather conditions.
