Completion Date: Sept. 15, 2024 Liquidated damages will be assessed the contractor in the amount of fivehundreddollars ($500.00) per working day that the work remains uncompleted after the endof thecontract periodwith due allowances for extensions due to conditions beyond the control of the contractor. All work shall have a final completion date of September 15, 2024 Bidder shall submit a Bidder Status Form with their bid. Failure to submit afullycompletedBidder Status Form with the bid may result in the bid being deemed unresponsive andrejected. Bidsecurity shall be provided in the form of a cashier's check or certified check drawn onastatecharteredorfederally chartered bank, or a certified share draft drawn on a state chartered or federallycharteredcreditunion, or a bid bond of a reputable bonding company authorized to do business in theStateof Iowainanamount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
