Question Deadline 12/14/2024 at 10:00 PM CT Question Cuttoff Date & Time Over view: DOT is seeking a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies required to install a bi-level fountain. Per the scope of work outlined on the Attachments tab. Contract Award It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity. (This is the estimated start date after all required documents are received (i.e., Insurance, performance bond and vendor signed contract Project end date- 6/1/2025 (This includes resolution to all punch list items, inspections and DOT acceptance typically used in construction bids). No considerations or revision in the contract price or scope of the project will be considered by the Iowa DOT for any item which could have been revealed by a thorough on-site inspection and examination.
