**As of January 18, 2024, neither a short list nor a final selection has been determined.** The City of Davis is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design and prepare construction plans, specifications, and estimate for the demolition, replacement with a new prefabricated restroom building, and associated improvements for the existing Community Park restroom facility. The City has a budget of approximately $800,000 for design and construction of this restroom replacement project. Once design is complete, the City will put out a notice inviting bids for the construction of the replacement restroom. The selected firm will NOT be allowed to bid on the construction of restroom. The contract will commence at the date the agreement is signed, and the anticipation is that the final plans and specifications will be ready for bid by October 2024 for a Spring 2025 construction notice to proceed.
