EQUIPMENT PURCHASE A.1 Outdoor Rink Board System A.1.1 At full assembly the system shall have a length of approximately 175 feet and a width of approximately 75 feet. A.1.2 The system shall be commercial quality. A.1.3 The system shall be compatible with installation on a variety of surfaces including asphalt and gravel. A.1.4 The system shall include full perimeter netting or fencing that extends up from the boards to a minimum height of 10 feet from ground level. A.1.5 The system shall include an entrance for ice resurfacer equipment and two participant entrances. A.1.6 The system shall be new. A.1.7 Provide make/model and website information on the Bid Form. B.1 Assembly of Outdoor Rink Board System B.1.1 Designed in a way that local City employees are able to set up and take down as required moving forward. B.1.2 Provide pricing for optional support for the initial installation and associated costs on the Bid Form. C.1 Preferred delivery is within four (4) weeks of award notification. Indicate delivery date on the Bid Form D.1 Manual D.1.1 The bidder shall provide assembly and disassembly instructions for the Outdoor Rink Board System Question Deadline 12/08/2023 Administrative inquiries and requests for clarification of the Bid process shall be made to the Procurement Manager in writing at purchasing@brandon.ca and must be received not less than two (2) business days prior to the date for closing of Bids. Any persons conducting business within the City of Brandon from a Brandon residential address must have a valid Business License. This includes agents from companies that are not based in Brandon but where the agent is conducting his/her business from a Brandon address. Non-compliance will result in rejection of a Bid.
