Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Winfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Playground Renovations in Winfield and Wheaton. All inquiries that concern the bid request shall be submitted in writing to Upland Design Ltd. via email to info@uplandDesign.com and mblood@uplandDesign.com. Replies will be issued to all bidders of record as Addenda to the appropriate attachment and will become part of the agreement. Work generally includes removals, concrete paving, painted playground games, playground equipment installation, safety surfacing, site furniture and restoration. The Community Unit School District 200 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the School District. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract.
