The Toronto Parking Authority is planning to install EV chargers at 1. CP44, 14 Fuller Ave Six Level 2 Chargers 2. CP48, 85 Lee Ave (Optional) Six Level 2 Chargers 3. CP130, 7 Bartlett Ave Six Level 2 Chargers 4. CP701, 197 Blantyre Ave Six Level 2 Chargers 5. CP19, 385 Pacific Ave Eight Level 2 Chargers This Scope of Work, together with the Drawings and Technical Specifications, set the requirements for the civil, structural, and electrical supply & installation required for the Project associated with the sites at addresses listed in Section 1. This Scope of Work describes the activities that are more specifically indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. The purpose of this Section is to provide a general outline of the Scope of Work to be completed as part of this Project. While it aims to include all the work as shown on drawings, the Scope of Work is not limited to the information listed in this section. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify the Drawings and Specifications when preparing their bid. Owner will arrange an online Pre-Bid meeting prior to submitting the bid. Contractor shall survey each site to assess the conditions and identify equipment location and cable routings. Tender shall be accompanied by a certified cheque or Bid Bond payable to Toronto Parking Authority in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tender amount. The cheque will be returned to all Bidders upon the signing of a Contract. The Agreement to Bond, Schedule G - Form 1 must be completed and certified by a Surety Company licensed to conduct business in Canada, and acceptable to the TPA, covering the provision of a Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract price and a Labour and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract price.
