Renovation of a parking garage in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
CP107 251 MacPherson Ave -Surface Lot 6 Level 2 CP506 140 Fifth Ave - Surface Lot 6 Level 2 CP217 1445 Bathurst St - Garage 4 Level 2 CP404 95 Beecroft Rd Garage 10 Level 2 Supply and install the supporting electrical Balance of System (BOS) equipment to the panelboard, including wiring, conduits and trenching as specified and shown on drawings. Supply and install EVSE communications gateway. Supply and install concrete filled bollards as shown on plans and drawings. Coordinate with THESL for connection of the service entrance to THESL POC as shown in drawings and contract documents. Demonstrate all EVSE equipment is operating and able to charge an electric vehicle in all stalls. Tender shall be accompanied by a certified cheque or Bid Bond payable to Toronto Parking Authority in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tender amount. The cheque will be returned to all Bidders upon the signing of a Contract. The Agreement to Bond, Schedule G - Form 1 must be completed and certified by a Surety Company licensed to conduct business in Canada, and acceptable to the TPA, covering the provision of a Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract price and a Labour and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract price.
