As of February 19, 2024 this project was awarded to Concrete Structures Inc wit hte awarded amount of $659, 8453.50 The work for which bids are to be submitted consists of furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for the replacement of two culverts. This project consists of the replacement of two (2) culverts damaged by scour in August 2021. The two culverts included in this single letting contract are: (1) Brake Cemetery Lane over Branch of Marker Branch which consists of one (1) 12x8 double barrel box bridge, one lane, 23-6 out-toout, 90 skew in Humphreys County and (2) Hopkins Lane over Peach Creek which consists of one (1) 12x6 double barrel box bridge, one lane, 23-6 out-to-out, 90 skew in Humphreys County. All bidders must be licensed general contractors to perform the type of construction herein described. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing (refer to Section 7.03 for contact information). Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
